On the other side of suffering
must be something complete,
sustaining and whole;
but that path is always up,
mad, lonely and dangerous;
the destination may be worthwhile,
if only you can survive the journey
which is never, ever for certain.
Perhaps, one day, with luck,
I will meet you there.
